摘　　要：食品企业是食品形成的最后场所,对食品安全负有不可推卸的责任,因此,对食品企业进入市场前进行筛选,对其生产条件进行要求和限制,为食品质量把关,是非常有必要的。以我国食品质量安全市场准入制度为研究对象,分析了实施食品质量安全市场准入制度的有效性和存在的问题;并提出建议,以进一步完善我国食品市场准入制度,预防食品安全事件的发生,保障食品安全。Food enterprises have inescapable responsibility for food safety, since they are the last places in food formation. Therefore, it is necessary to examine food enterprises before them entering the market and impose a strict regulations and limitations on their production conditions in order to make sure the safety of the food. In this paper, market access system for food quality and safety was studied; the effectiveness and defects involved in the system were analyzed; and the suggestions were offered in order to improve the food market access system, prevent from the occurrence of food safety affairs, and insure the food safety.
