摘 要:目的:分析雌二醇受体(estradiol receptor,ER)、孕酮受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、人类表皮生长因子受体2(human epithelial growth factor receptor 2,Her-2)、P53在乳腺癌中的表达并探究其与临床病理学相关指标的相关性。方法:对包头肿瘤医院2008年1月至2013年12月收治的984例乳腺癌组织中ER、PR、Her-2、P53的表达情况进行统计并分析其与组织大小,组织类型、腋窝淋巴结转移情况的关系。结果:984例乳腺癌组织中ER的阳性率为64.0%(603/984),PR的阳性率为56.8%(559/984),Her-2的阳性率为24.9%(245/984),P53的阳性率为54.3%(534/984)。其中ER与PR结果相同,均与组织大小、组织类型有相关性(均为P<0.01),与淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05)。Her-2与组织大小、淋巴结转移、组织类型均有相关性(分别为P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01);P53与淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.01),与组织大小、组织类型无相关性(均为P>0.05)。ER与PR表达成正相关(P<0.01),Her-2与P53表达成正相关(P<0.01),Her-2与ER、PR表达成负相关(P<0.01)。结论:Her-2和P53作为乳腺癌预后不良的重要指标与作为乳腺癌预后良好的重要指标ER、PR的表达呈负相关,与组织学分型及腋窝淋巴结转移状态有相关性,ER、PR与组织大小及组织学分型有相关性。Objective: To analyze and explore the expression of estradiol receptor( ER),progesterone receptor( PR),human epithelial growth factor receptor 2( Her- 2) and P53 in breast cancer and their correlation with clinical pathological factors. Methods: 984 cases of breast cancer in Baotou Tumor Hospital from January 2008 to December 2013 were selected. Based on the expression of ER,PR,Her- 2 and P53 in breast cancer tissues of these patients,their correlation with the size and type of tissues and axillary lymph node metastasis was statistically analyzed. Results: Among all breast cancer tissues,the positive rate of ER,PR,Her- 2 and P53 was 64. 0%( 603 /984),56. 8%( 559 /984),24. 9 %( 245 /984),and 54. 3%( 534 /984) respectively. The result of ER was the same to that of PR. Both of them had correlation with the size,type of the tissues( P 〈0. 01),and had no correlation with lymph node metastasis( P 〈0. 05). Her- 2 correlates with the size of the tissues,lymph node metastasis and the type of the tissues( P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01,respectively); P53 correlates with lymph node metastasis( P 〈0. 01) and had no correlation with the size and type of tissues( P 〉0. 05). The expression of ER and PR had positive correlation( P 〈0. 01),so did the expression of Her- 2 and P53( P 〈0. 01). There was negative correlation between the expression of Her- 2 and the expression of ER and PR( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion: As the important indicators of poor prognosis of breast cancer,Her- 2 and P53 are negatively correlated with the expression of ER and PR,the important indicators of good prognosis of breast cancer. Her- 2 and P53 correlates with histology subdivision and axillary lymph node metastasis,while ER and PR correlates with the size of tissue and histology subdivision.
