摘  要:针对当前数字电路板的高密度化和复杂多样化,为满足其测试需求,设计一套基于PXI总线的数字电路板测试系统。其实现包含硬件设计和软件设计两个部分,硬件方面包含系统控制器、PXI机箱和任意波形发生器等功能模块;软件方面通过C语言进行实现。该测试系统和以往数字电路板测试设备相比,具有体积小、处理速度快、功耗低和抗干扰能力强等优点,最大限度保障了故障覆盖率。Aiming at test requirements of digital circuit board with high density and complexity at present,a digital circuit board test system based on PXI bus was designed.Realization of the system contained two aspects,one was hardware design including some functional modules such as system controller,PXI host box and arbitrary waveform generator,the other one was software design achieved using C language.Compared with the previous digital circuit board test equipment,the proposed test system has small size,fast processing speed,low power consumption and strong anti-interference ability and many other advantages,it also ensures the maximum fault coverage.
