工业设计专业创新人才的产学研培养模式研究

摘　　要：分析了工业设计专业传统培养模式的弊端,指出了工业设计创新人才产学研培养模式的必要性及制约因素;在充分分析产业创新人才特点的基础上,对我国工业设计专业创新人才的培养提出了新的要求,并就产方企业方及学研高校方在创新人才培养方面的举措提出了具体的建议;提出了产学研人才培养模式长效机制建立的对策,从而改变高校工业设计专业教育同科技发展、社会进步、市场需求相脱节的状况,提高设计教育的社会效益。This paper analyzes the industrial design major drawbacks of traditional education mode, point out the necessity and the restriction factors of industrial design professional innovative talents. It puts forward the new demands to cultivating the innovative talents of industrial design in our country, and had countermeasures for the establishment of long-term mechanism of talents training mode of product, study and develop, so as to change the situation that industrial design major education in colleges and universities out touch with science and technology development, social progress, market demands, further improve social benefits of industrial design education.
