摘　　要：文中以"畜禽生产过程信息化"为切入点,研究乳制品质量安全追溯关键技术,通过技术集成和数据共享,形成适应于政府管理部门和生产过程的信息服务系统,系统以GS1系统为编码体系,采用通用追溯码、环节追溯码和消费者查询追溯码三类追溯码,涵盖了整个原材料供应链,实现乳制品产品质量安全追溯,促进企业把产品质量和安全作为赖以生存的生命线,为提高河南省畜牧业的行业竞争力和可持续发展提供了示范效用。This paper using ＂livestock production process information＂ as a starting point, studying the key technologies for the quality and safety of dairy traceability, adopting technology integration and data sharing to form an information service syste mcould adapt to the government administration and production progress. Dairy quality and safety traceability system based on GS1 system coding system, using three types of back yards including common back yards, link back yards and consumers query back yards. It covering the entire raw material supply chain, from processing materials and primary packaging materials to the final consumer. It provides demonstration effect for improve industry competitiveness and sustainable development of animal husbandry in Henan Province.
