节律基因蛋白CRY1在食管癌及癌旁组织中的差异性表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨节律基因Cry1表达的CRY1蛋白在食管癌中的表达及其与临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例食管癌组织,40例癌旁组织中CRY1的表达。结果:40例食管癌组织中CRY1的弱阳/阳性表达(免疫组化染色强度评分大于等于2分)率为17.5%,而40例食管癌旁组织标本CRY1的阳性表达率为75%,两组表达的差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且表达强度与患者年龄、性别,肿瘤组织性质、侵及深度、淋巴结转移情况无明显相关性。结论:Cry1基因在正常组织中高表达,而在食管癌组织中低表达,可能作为一种抑癌基因影响肿瘤的发生发展。Objective：To investigate the expression of CRY1 in esophageal carcinoma and adjacent tissue to analyze its clinical significance.Methods：The expressions of CRY1 in 40cases of esophageal carcinoma and 40 cases of adjacent tissue were measured by imunohistochemistry.Results：Thirty-three specimens in esophagus carcinoma tissue present CRY1 negative expression and 7cases weakly positive expression（the intensity of expression≥2：17.5%）.While 40 specimens in adjacent tissue of esophagus carcinoma appeared CRY1 positive expression（the intensity of expression≥2：75%）.There is significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.And,there was no significant correlation between the expression intensity and patient s＇ age,gender,tumor tissue nature,depth of invasion and numbers of lymph node metastasis.Conclusions：Cry1perhaps influence the progression of esophagus cancer as a tumor suppressor gene.
