摘  要:为了研究瘤胃非典型纤维降解细菌的发酵和纤维降解特性,试验选取已分离鉴定出的四株瘤胃纤维降解细菌,即拜氏梭菌、丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌、链球菌、肠球菌,分别培养72h后,测定其pH、产气量、纤维素酶活力、挥发性脂肪酸、氨氮浓度和菌体蛋白浓度。结果表明,4株瘤胃纤维降解细菌培养液的pH、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)酶活力、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),而在产气量、氨氮浓度、菌体蛋白浓度、滤纸酶活力、水杨苷酶活力和微晶纤维素酶活力,拜氏梭菌与肠球菌均高于链球菌与丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌(P<0.05)。试验结果提示,拜氏梭菌与肠球菌纤维降解特性较好。To study fermentation characteristics and atypical fiber degradation of the rumen bacteria, four strains were isolated and identified,namely Clostridium beijerinckii, Clostridium butyricum, Streptococci, Enterococcus. They were selected to test their gas production, enzyme activity, volatile fatty acids, NH3-N and Bcp as well as pH after being cultured for 72 hours. The results showed that the pH,CMC enzyme activity, VFA of four tureen fiber degrading bacteria revealed no significant difference (P〉0.05). The value of gas production, NH3-N, Bcp, filter paper enzyme activity, salicin enzyme activity, microcrystalline cellulose enzyme activity of Clostridium beijerinckii and Enterococcus were higher than that of Streptococci and Clostridium butyricum(P〈0.05). The results displayed that Clostridium beijerinckii and Enterococcus enterococci performed better fermentation characteristics.
