摘　　要：在社会治理创新视阈下,思想政治工作的导向、整合、沟通、规范、危机管理等功能会直接或间接地对社会控制产生影响,从而具有了社会控制的功能。充分发挥这一功能,需要建立思想政治工作社会思想控制机制、社会行为控制机制、社会风险控制机制。The function of the ideological and political work such as orientation, integration, communication, norms, risks management will directly or indirectly influence social control under the perspective of social management innovation, which has the function of social control. It is essential to establish the mechanisms of social thought control, social behavior control, social risks control for the ideological and political work to give full play to the function.
