摘　　要：文中对今年生效《内罗毕国际船舶残骸清除公约》进行了研究,结合我国当今沉船打捞立法和实践情况,分析出我国目前不适合加入该公约,在沉船沉物打捞立法中可以借鉴《公约》内容,从而有效地保护我国海洋环境和通航安全。The paper makes research on the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007 which will enter into force this year. In view of the existing legislation and practice on shipwreck salvage in China, the paper draws the conclusion that it is not feasible for China to accede to the convention at present. However, we can learn from the content of the convention in the legislation for shipwreck salvage in order to effectively protect China＇ s marine environment and navigation safety.
