摘　　要：研究并构建了一套科学实用的中医重点专科绩效评价体系,以实现中医医院对重点专科的持续内涵建设,为规范管理和决策提供依据,提高中医医院的核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。In order to realize the connotation of the continuous construction to the key specialty of traditional Chinese medicine hos- pital, the author research and construct a set of scientific and practical key specialty of traditional Chinese medicine performance eval- uation system,in the hope of providing the basis for standardized management and decision-making ,improving the core competitive- ness of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital and achieving sustainable development.
