中文版糖尿病患者家庭成员行为量表的信效度检测

摘　　要：目的测评中文版糖尿病患者家庭成员行为量表(Diabetes Family Behavior Checklist,DFBC)的信效度,为评价家庭成员行为对糖尿病患者自我管理依从性的作用提供测评工具。方法对DFBC进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预试验,使用中文版量表调查266例糖尿病患者,并进行信效度分析。结果中文版量表的Cronbach′sα为0.842,分半系数为0.853,重测信度为0.783,内容效度为0.893;因子分析共提取2个公因子,累积贡献率为61.264%;且各条目的因子载荷均大于0.4。结论中文版DFBC具有较好的信效度,可以用其评价家庭支持对糖尿病患者自我管理的影响。Objective To translate the English version of Diabetes Family Behavior Checklist （E-DFBC） into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of DFBC （C-DFBC） in diabetes mellitus. Methods E-DFBC was translated, back trans- lated into C DFBC, which was gone through cultural adjustment and pre test. Totally 266 patients were recruited and were investi- gated using the C-DFBC. Results The Cronbach alpha coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient was 0. 842 and 0. 853 respective- ly, with test-retest reliability being 0. 783 and content validity of 0. 893. Factor analysis extracted two common factors, which ex- plained 61. 264% of the total variance. The factor loading of each items was over 0.4. Conclusion C DFBC has been proved to be re- liable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool to assess the level of support diabetes patients are receiving from their family.
