摘　　要：检务公开与审判公开、政务公开相比有其特殊性。根据检察机关的两种不同社会角色,可以将检务信息划分为检察行政事务信息和检察业务信息两大类,检察行政事务信息具有概括性、规范性、不涉特定主体性的特点,检察业务信息具有具体性、动态性和利益多重性的特点。不同特点决定了两类信息公开的原则有所不同,前者应采取最大限度公开原则,主动公开为主、申请公开为辅原则,全方位公开原则。后者应采取区别对待原则、适度性原则和梯度性原则。The information of procuratorial work is different from the trial information and government information. The information of procuratorial work can be divided into two major cate- gories of administrative information and case information according to the different social functions of procuratorial organs. The former has the characteristics of generality, standard and non - in- volved with special subject ; the latter has the characteristics of specific, dynamic and multiplicity of interests. Different characteristics result in different principles on information disclosure. The former should follow Maximum disclosure principle, rely mainly on the initiative disclosure while take the disclosure upon application as secondary reliance, and disclose information on all -dim- entional way; the former should follow the principle of distinction, the principle of appropriate- ness and level principle.
