法治背景下高校思想政治教育体制的完善措施

摘　　要：法治是国家长治久安的基石,能够为国家的发展提供保障,稳定社会的秩序。依法治国策略的实施离不开建设法治中国这一目标——重点是构建公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度。在此背景下,高校思想政治教育体系也需要不断地进行完善,才能够满足新时代发展的需求。The rule of law is the foundation of national security which provides guarantee for the country development and stables social order. The goal of 'China governed by law' is closely connected with the politic of ruling by law in China. The key of the goal is to build a fair,efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system. The ideological and political education system in colleges also needs to be constantly perfected which is to meet the needs of the new era of development under this background.
