对中国古代导引术受古印度瑜伽影响学说的质疑  

Questionings to the Viewpoint That Daoyin Gymnastics of Ancient China had been Influenced by Yoga of Ancient India

摘　　要：近百年来,在许多重要的中国体育史论著中,存在一种认为中国古代导引体操"天竺国按摩"和"婆罗门导引法"是由古印度传入的说法;自1990年代至今又形成了中国古代导引术受古印度瑜伽影响的学说。"易筋经""天竺国按摩"和"婆罗门导引法"仅是托名于古印度文化而已,它们所含的导引术式非自印度传入,更非瑜伽影响的结果;古印度佛教或瑜伽等文化对中国古代导引术的影响是有限的,不可望文生义随意夸大。Over the past century, in many important sports-history books and papers, there was a viewpoint that the ancient China Daoyin gymnastics of ＂Tianzhuguo Massages＂ and ＂Poluomen Daoyin Methods＂ was introduced from ancient India;Since the 1990s,the viewpoint that Daoyin Gymnastics had been Influenced by Yoga has been formed. ＂Yi Jin Jing＂ and ＂Tianzhuguo Massages＂ and ＂Poluomen Daoyin Methods＂ only pretended to ancient India culture. They were not from ancient India, also had not been impacted by Yoga. It is limited which the ancient Chinese Daoyin gymnastics had been influenced by the cultures of ancient Indian Buddhism or yoga. We should not overstate it at will.
