摘 要:利用ImageJ软件对2008年在红原泥炭地开展钻探时的泥炭岩心照片和2009年分样时的岩心照片进行表面色彩分析。对比分析发现,存储以前和存储以后泥炭岩心的表面色彩发生改变,表现在样品存储后基于RGB色彩体系的三元色值和灰度值均有降低(变暗),且各色值变化幅度降低。就各色值在剖面上的变化特征而言,样品存储前和存储后的变化不大,从而验证了利用存储后的泥炭样品开展光学特征分析,进而开展古气候代用指标重建的可靠性。最后展望了利用泥炭岩心照片色彩特征开展古气候变化研究的可行性和急需解决的几个问题。In this paper, the surface hue and saturation of peat cores was analyzed by ImageJ software. The photos used in this study were taken respectively in the year of 2008 when the cores were drilled and the year of 2009 when the samples were stored for one year. The comparative analysis shows that the surface hue and saturation of peat cores changed after one-year storage, which consist in the decrease of RGB value, as well as gray value, and the decrease of amplitude of those values after one-year-storage. The variation pattern of these values throughout the profile, however, was found no substantial change before and after the storage, which suggests that it is reliable to use the optical properties of stored peat sample as a paleao-climatic indicator. Finally, the application of the surface hue and saturation of peat cores as a potential and handy proxy for palaeo-climate reconstruction was discussed
