摘 要:采用抑菌圈试验对防霉剂进行筛选,利用优选配方配制硅凝胶固着铜防霉剂,同时对该防霉剂处理过的毛竹进行防治效力测试。结果表明:试验药剂种类和药剂浓度对不同菌种的抑菌圈结果影响很大,抑菌圈试验优选的防霉剂配方正硅酸乙酯:无水乙醇:纯水为3:5:10;实验用硅凝胶固着铜防霉剂对桔青霉的综合防治效果最好,对蓝变菌的防治效力最差,其防霉效力在一定程度上优于铜胺季铵盐、铜铬砷防霉剂。Anti-mold chemicals are selected through inhibition circle test,and a preferred formula is adopted to prepare silica gel-anchored copper anti-mold agent and at the same time,a mold-resistance effectiveness test on the bamboo treated with anti-mold agent is conducted. The result shows that the type and concentration of chemicals significantly influence the result of inhibition circle of different species. The preferred formula of TEOS: ethanol: water is 3:5:10. The silica gel-anchored copper anti-mold agent has the best comprehensive effectiveness in resistance against penicillium citrinum and the worst effectiveness in resistance against blue stain fungi. Its anti-mold effectiveness is superior to ACQ and CCA to some extent.
