摘　　要：通过分析青少年儿童在体力活动中能量消耗和日常膳食热量摄入状况,旨在从能量代谢平衡角度提出合理的运动及饮食干预方案,为预防控制青少年儿童单纯性肥胖的发生提供理论支持。This study was to explore and analyze physical activity in children and adolescents in energy consumption and daily caloric intake of dietary conditions in order to provide a reasonable exercise and diet intervention program from the perspective of energy homeostasis, for the prevention and control of obesity for young children to provide simple theoretical support.
