摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定芷冰鼻腔原位凝胶中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Agilent HC-C18（5μm,4.6 mm×250mm）为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液（30∶70）;流速为1 m L/min;检测波长为321 nm;柱温为20℃。结果阿魏酸浓度在10-50μg/m L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.00%（n=6）。结论本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的含量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To determine the Ferulic acid in Zhibing in-situ gel nasal-cavity by HPLC. METHODS The Agilent HC-C18（4.6 mmx250 ram, 5 μm） was adopted as the chromatographic columns; Methanol-1% acetate solution （30：70） was used as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL/min; detection wavelength was 321 nm; the column temperature was 20℃. RESULTS The amount of ferulic acid in the sample was linear in the range of 10-50 μg/mL, the average recovery was 99.2%, and RSD was 1.00% （n=6）. CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate, and can be used for the content control of the preparation.
