摘　　要：目的:检测内蒙古汉族寻常型银屑病GJB2基因rs72474224位点的多态性。方法:提取294例寻常型银屑病患者及287名正常对照外周血DNA,利用PCR和连接酶检测反应检测GJB2基因rs72474224的多态性。结果:SNP rs72474224等位基因T在病例组和对照组中的频率分别为0.03571和0.01045,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.004267)。结论:GJB2基因多态性rs72474224可能与内蒙古汉族人群寻常型银屑病的易感性相关。Objective： To detect the polymorphisms of GJB2 gene rs72474224 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Han population in Inner Mongolia. Methods：DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of 294 patients and 287 controls. The polymorphisms of GJB2 gene rs72474224 were genotyped by PCR-based ligase detection reaction （ PCR-LDR） . Results：The genotype frequencies of T in patients and controls were 0.0357 and 0.01045, with a significant difference （P=0.004267）. Conclusion： The polymorphism of GJB2 gene rs72474224 is associated with psoriasis vulgaris in Han population in Inner Mongolia.
