摘　　要：目的建立HE染色切片上进行荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测的技术方法。方法 HE染色后的切片,轻轻揭掉其盖玻片,然后放在二甲苯中浸泡40 min,重复2次。接着按本实验室标准的FISH操作规程进行。结果用此方法进行FISH检测,组织无脱片,信号清楚,定位准确,背景干净。结论 HE染色切片行荧光原位杂交检测方法稳定,结果可靠,在病理诊断中有一定的应用价值。Objective To establish the technique of fluorescence in situ hybridization（FISH）in HE staining paraffin sections. Methods The coverslips of selected HE staining slides were slightly removed,and then they were soaked in xylene for 40 minutes. The subsequent FISH procedures were performed following the standard FISH operation in this lab. Results The tested groups had high successful rate（100% ）and high coincidence with the control group. All sections were in good condition. Conclusion The method proposed here is simple in operation,and it is stable and applicable for pathological diagnosis.
