补肾活血壮骨方治疗早、中期股骨头坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评定补肾活血壮骨方对早、中期股骨头坏死的治疗效果。方法:将50例早、中期股骨头坏死患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组服用补肾活血壮骨方,对照组服用强骨胶囊。评定并对比两组的临床效果。结果:补肾活血壮骨方的显效率优于强骨胶囊。结论:补肾活血壮骨方治疗早、中期股骨头坏死疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of the Bushen Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction on early and middle femoral head necrosis. Methods： 50 cases of early and middle femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received the Bushen Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction. The control group received the Qianggu capsules. Clinical efficiency in two groups was compared. Results： The efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction was much better. Conclusion：The Bushen Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction was effective on early and middle femoral head necrosis.
