摘  要:为了优化紫象草花青素提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,选取乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比为自变量,花青素提取量为响应值,利用响应面分析法Box-Benhnken设计原理对紫象草花青素的提取工艺进行分析。结果表明:提取紫象草花青素工艺最佳条件为乙醇浓度50%(V∶V),提取温度35℃,提取时间60 min,料液比1∶20;在此条件下,紫象草花青素提取效果最好,提取量达到1.96 mg/g。说明利用响应面法优化紫象草花青素提取工艺是可行的。To optimize the extraction process of anthocyanins from purple elephant grass, response surface methodology and the design principles of Box - Benhnken were used to analyze the extraction process of anthocyanins from purple elephant grass, thereinto, the ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and solid - liquid ratio were selected as the independent variables with the extraction amount of anthocya- nins as a response value on the basis of the single - factor test. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of anthocyanins from purple elephant grass were reaction temperature of 35 ℃, reaction time of 60 min, the material - liquid ratio of 1:20. Under these condi- tions, the extraction effect of anthocyanins from purple elephant grass was the best, and the extraction amount reached 1.96 mg/g. The result indicates that it is feasible to use response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process of anthocyanins from purple elephant grass.
