摘 要:目的:在兔下颌种植体诱发种植体周围炎后采用光动力疗法治疗,检测诱发种植体周围炎前后及治疗前后种植体周龈下微生物群落的动态变化。方法:采用健康哈尔滨长耳白兔4只,微创拔除其双侧下颌2颗切齿后即刻植入种植体,4w后利用丝线栓结法于左侧种植体诱发种植体周围炎,诱发炎症2w后拆除丝线,采用光动力法治疗。收集正常牙列、植入4w、诱发种植体周围炎2w、及治疗1w后龈下菌斑,通过PCR-DGGE法分析龈下微生物群落的动态变化,评估光动力疗法疗效。结果:正常牙列与植入4w时的龈下微生物群落较为丰富,且具有较高的群落结构相似性,种植体周围炎龈下微生物种群数量大大减少,出现典型微生物的大量富集现象。治疗后1w微生物群落中致病优势菌基本未检出。结论:PCR-DGGE技术能较好的反映种植体周围龈下微生物群落的动态变化,光动力疗法对种植体周围炎优势致病菌有较好的杀灭效果,可为今后临床推广提供一定的理论参考。Objective: After the induction of peri-implantitis in rabbit mandible and the following photodynamic therapy, we investigated dynamic change of subgingival microbial community before and after peri-implantitis, and after photodynamic therapy. Method: For four harbin long-eared white rabbit, implants are immediately planted in fresh tooth socket of two mandibular anterior teeth. After 4 weeks, peri-implantitis was induced by the thread-twisting method. With the induction of 2 weeks, photodynamic therapy was carried out for treating peri-implantitis. Subgingival plaque of normal teeth, implan- tation after 4 weeks, peri-implantitis induction after 2 weeks, and photodynamic therapy after 1 weeks, was collected for microbial community analysis. PCR-DGGE method was used to illustrate dynamic change of subgingival microbial community, and then evaluated the effect of photodynamic therapy. plantation after 4 weeks.
