摘  要:目的研制基于ISO9000标准的中医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系。方法在文献查阅、半结构式专家访谈的基础上,初拟中医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系,运用专家函询法对15名专家进行问卷函询确立指标体系,并确定各级指标权重。结果研制的中医院临床护理教学质量评价指标包括基础知识、业务技能、情感态度、管理能力4项一级指标、11项二级指标和23项三级指标。结论基于ISO9000标准的中医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系各级指标条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,该指标体系的构建具有科学性及可信性,可以为中医临床护理教学质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish a suitable index system for teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing based onISO9000 standard. Methods Based on literature review and semi - structure expert interview, an index system frame work of teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nurs- ing was developed. Indexes were determined by using Delphi method and inquiring 15 experts with questionnaire. The weight of every index had been set up. Results The index system for teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing was composed of 4 first - level indicators, 11 second - level indicators and 23 third - level indicators. Conclusion The index system for teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing is reliable and valid of experts having focus opinions, it can provide objective and quantitative standards for the teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing.
