摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,27岁,反复双侧鼻出血1个月,加重2d于2013年9月29日入院。7年前曾在当地医院诊断为鼻咽纤维血管瘤,经手术结扎右侧颈外动脉后切除肿瘤,术后未再出血。1个月前无明显诱因出现间断性双侧鼻腔少量出血,能自止。Summary We presenled a case with severe nasal bleeding for postoperative recurrent of nasopharyngeal fibroangioma. The right external carotid artery of the patient has been ligated in past nasopharyngeal fibromectomy, enhanced CT scan showed lumor in the right sphenoid sinus, adjacent bone has been destroyed, digital subtraction angiography showed lesion of the right top posterior wall of nasopharynx was rich in blood vessels, supplied by the branches of righl internal carotid artery and bilateral internal maxillary artery.
