摘　　要：饲料霉变已成为全球关注的问题,而饲料的安全性将直接影响到动物产品的质量。本文主要概述了3类霉菌毒素对奶牛的危害及饲料、乳的限量标准;同时根据霉菌生活习性并结合生产实际总结霉菌污染控制措施,为合理控制饲料霉菌的污染提供依据。The mildew of animal feed has become a global concern problem because the security of feed di- rectly affects the quality of animal produet. The present paper mainly summarizes the hazards of three types of mycotoxins on dairy eows and limited standards on feed and milk, meanwhile proposes the meas- ures to control the mold pollution based on the behavior of mold combined with the actual production which provide the theoretical basis for controlling pollution of feed in the process of production.
