摘　　要：CUEDC2是一种普遍存在于许多肿瘤中的蛋白质,与肿瘤的发生以及预后治疗存在着紧密关系,近年来越来越受到广泛的关注和重视。现从CUEDC2在乳腺癌中的作用,对有丝分裂细胞周期、炎症反应的信号通路和巨噬细胞的调节,以及CUEDC2与一些新兴领域如褪黑素以及热休克蛋白的关系入手,对CUEDC2介导肿瘤发生相关机制的研究进展进行综述。CUEDC2 is a kind of protein that has been found in many tumors. It has been shown that there＇s a close relationship between CUEDC2 and the formation of tumors, also the subsequent treatment, which has been paid more attention in recent years. Therefore, this article summarizes the advance of study on the related mechanism of the tumorigenesis mediated by CUEDC2 from the effect of CUEDC2 in breast cancer, the signal pathway and macrophage in inflammation, melatonin, heat shock protein and many other aspects.
