摘  要:公平合理的风险补偿及利益分配机制是推进分布式创新模式持续发展、维护分布式创新共同体稳定运行的关键。针对分布式创新合作风险补偿中存在的主观风险因子计算方法的偏好性、客观方法差异性及shapley值法中风险承担均等不合理假设等问题,应用正交投影法对主客观两类风险权重进行集化、整合,得出综合风险因子,以期消除各风险因子计算方案的不一致性,并根据此综合风险因子对基于shapley值法的分布式创新合作企业基础利益分配额进行修正,力图使最终的风险补偿及利益分配方案更公正、合理,更易得到所有合作伙伴的一致认可,最后通过实例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。A fair risk compensation and profit allocation mechanism is crucial to the sustainable and stable development of the distributed innovation pattern.The preference of subjective risk weight method,the differentiation of the objective risk weight method and the unreasonable assumptions based on the Shapley value are the common problems when dealing with the risk factor's weight.This paper uses the orthogonal projection method to get the comprehensive weight through integrating the objective weight and subjective weight,hoping to eliminate the differentiation of existing methods.What's more,according to the comprehensive weight,this paper uses Shapley method to correct the profit allocation program which is much fairer to all the cooperative partners.And,it turns out to be valid and reasonable for an empirical analysis.
