摘  要:目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)检查在胎儿中枢神经系统先天发育异常中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性比较分析49例经临床随访确诊的中枢神经系统先天发育异常胎儿的侧脑室扩大、脑积水、胼胝体发育不全等MRI异常影像和超声检查资料。结果:49例胎儿MRI检查成功率100%(49/49),图像质量均能满足诊断要求,检查结束后49例孕妇无不适症状;MRI检查49例胎儿中,磁共振检出中枢神经系统先天发育异常47例,检出率95.99%;超声检出40例,检出率81.63%,二者检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.018,P=0.025);胎儿头颅MRI还可发现中枢神经以外其它部位病变。结论:MRI用于胎儿中枢神经系统先天发育异常的产前诊断优于超声检查。Objective: To explore the value of MRI in pernatal diagnosis of central nervous system abnormalities. Methods: MRI finings of 49 fetuses with dilatation of the lateral ventricles,hydrocephalus,corpus callosum hypoplasia and so on were analyzed,as well as thier ultrasound results and pregnancy outcome. Results: Success MRI detection rate of 49 fetuses was 100%. Image quality met the diagnostic requirements,and the pregnant women didn't have discomfort symptoms after examination.The central nervous system abnormality rate detected by MRI was 95. 99%( 47 /49) and that detected by ultrasound was 81. 63%( 40 /49),the differeces were significant( P〈0. 05). Fetal cranial MRI could find other part lesions in addition to central nervous system lesions. Conclusion: MRI in pernatal diagnosis of central nervous system abnormalities is superior to ultrasound.
