电气信息类“职业提升型”专业硕士培养模式研究

摘　　要：针对目前专业硕士培养模式现状及存在的问题,以电气信息类专业硕士为例,提出"职业提升型"专业硕士培养模式。修订培养目标,建立新的专业硕士培养方案;改革课程设置,建立实践教学基地;建立研究生职业规划指导制度。力争培养实践能力强、适应职业需求的电气信息类专业硕士。For the existing problems in the present professional master＇s training mode, we propose a ＂career advancement＂ professional master＇s training mode which is described based on the electrical and information engi- neering major. We correct the training target and establish a new professional master training plan. Additionally, we reform the curriculum and build practical teaching base, and draw up the career planning guidance. We hope to cul- tivate the graduate students with the practice ability to meet the needs of professional master of electrical information engineering.
