摘　　要：新形势下高职院校辅导员压力呈扩大化趋势,对辅导员的身心健康产生诸多不利影响。本文阐述了高职辅导员压力过大的表现,分析了高职院校辅导员产生压力的深层次原因,提出了有针对性的减压对策。Under new situation counsellors＂ in higher vocational college pressure was tending to expansion, which led to a lot of bad influnces to their physical and mental health. The article described the manifestations of their great pressure, prowided the reasons of their pressure, it also gived them some effective strategies to reduce their pressure.
