基于高职“2+1”人才培养模式的实践教学研究

摘　　要：当前我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展,高等职业教育的人才培养模式至关重要,决定着高等职业教育的成败。"2+1"人才培养模式已经成为高职人才培养模式发展的潮流,许多高职院校的不同专业正在实施"2+1"人才培养模式,突出实践教学环节,提高学生动手能力。本文结合实际阐述高职"2+1"人才培养模式的优势和弊端,并提出相应的对策和建议。The current vigorous development of higher vocational education, essential personnel training mode of higher vocational education, determines the success or failure of higher vocational education. ＂2 ＋ 1＂ training mode has become the trend of the development of vocational training model, many different professions Vocational College is implementing the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ training mode, highlight the practical teaching, improve students＂ ability. This paper de- scribes practical vocational ＂2 ＋ 1＂ training mode advantages and disadvantages, and propose appropriate countermea- sures and suggestions.
