摘　　要：文章提出了构成大学图书馆员的审美形象的四个方面要素,即道德美、工作美、学术美、仪表美。指出了提高大学图书馆员的自身素质,是塑造良好形象的根本途径。Proposed four aspects of elements of university librarians, the aesthetic image of the article, namely, the work of beauty, academic beauty, instrument beauty. It is pointed out that improving the quality of university librarians is the basic of the image, way.
