摘　　要：造成当前大学生就业形势紧张的最关键原因是目前大学生具备的能力与岗位要求不相符。本文选取工商管理类大学生为研究对象,运用访谈法构建工商管理类大学生就业能力结构模型,采用问卷调查法了解工商管理类大学生对大学生就业能力的认知,探讨提高工商管理类大学生就业胜任力的主要途径。The key cause of the current situation of university students＂ employment tension is one of the college students＂ ability and the requirement of position is not consistent. This article selects students of business management as the research object, using interview method to build business management type of college students＂ employment a- bility siructure model, USES the questionnaire survey to understand business management class cognition on college studentsi employment ability of college students, to explore to improve business management class the main channel of universit^y students＂ employment competence.
