摘  要:(1)高校市场营销专业人才就业现状:供求不吻合。学生和就业单位彼此都不满意。(2)忽略行业背景的泛化教育是造成市场营销人才就业错位的主要原因。(3)解决办法是颠覆传统教育,以全程追踪培养模式代替,从源头入手,深入调查行业对员工的素质要求,按要求打造订单式人才。以大学四个学年为时间段,配合学校的教学安排,按行业把学生和教师分为小组,以小众化的团队学习为特征。在小组导师的指导下,学生主动学习和实践,逐渐认识自己和专业,以便清晰判断自己是否适应营销工作以及适应哪些营销工作,同时在学习和社交的过程中养成良好的道德品质。(1)Employment situation for College marketing professionals: mismatches of supply and demand. Students and employment unit were not satisfied with each other. (2)Ignore background marketing employment dislocation caused by generalization of education is the main reason.(3)The solution subverts the traditional education, replaces by the en- tire journey tracing raise pattern, from source obtaining, investigates the profession thoroughly to staff's quality request, according to request making order form type talented person.For university four year time, cooperate with the school teaching arrangement, students and teachers are divided into groups according to the industry, is characterized by team learning of niche. In group under the guidance of teacher, students active learning and practice, gradually know them- selves and professional, in order to clear to determine whether their marketing work, and adapt to what kind of mar- keting work, and at the same time in the process of learning and social develop good moral character
