摘  要:随着我国经济产业结构的不断优化升级,高素质技能型人才紧缺的现状日趋严重,且呈现出更复杂的表现形式。本文作为2013-2014湖北省职业教育科学立项课题《技能型紧缺人才形成机理与对策研究》(G2013A017)的一个研究内容,主要从历史文化、经济发展、政府、企业、职业院校各方面分析我国技能型紧缺人才的成因,同时从营造社会氛围、加强校企合作、创新人才培养模式、加强职业院校保障等方面提出应对之策。With the continuous optimization and upgrading of the economic structure of our country, the shortage of high quality skilled talents is becoming more and more serious, and it presents a more complex form of expres- sion. This paper as part of 2013-2014 Hubei Province vocational education science project topic " the research on forming mechanism and measures of shortage of skilled personnel "(G2013A017), analyzes the causes of China's shortage of skilled personnel, mainly from the aspects of history and culture, economic development, government and enterprise, vocational schools ,and also puts forward measures from creating a social atmosphere, strengthening col- lege-enterprise cooperation and innovative talent training mode, providing the support of the vocational colleges.
