局域网学术交流论坛在医院业务学习中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在医院局域网开设医学学术交流论坛在医院业务学习中的应用效果。方法:2013年1月份始在医院院内综合信息网(局域网)上开设医学学术交流论坛,定期在论坛上上传基础知识、基础理论和基础技能授课课件、学术报告、专科最新资讯解读、病例讨论等内容贴,供全院医务人员下载授课资料及发言提问,管理员定期组织网络答疑及讨论。收集2013年度及2014年度开设论坛前后每季度组织的全院医务人员三基考试的平均成绩作进行比较。结果:2014年度较2013年度全院医务人员每季度医院三基理论知识考核平均成绩有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院局域网上医学学术交流论坛的建立不仅提高了医务人员业务学习的积极性,更增加医院业务学术教学的实效性,在医院范围内营造了一个积极向上、轻松有趣、学术争鸣的良好学习氛围,促进和加强了各个教研室、科室之间的协作、互助。Objective： To explore the application effects of opening the academic exchange forum on the local area network for hospital professional study. Method： Since January, 2013, the hospital has set an academic exchange forum on the local area network. Periodically upload some basic fundamental knowledge lessons, academic reports, the latest specialty analysis, the typical cases discussion and other posted contents so as to offer hospital staff a chance to download the materials and join the discussion, while the administrators periodically organize discussions and answer doubts. Collect and compare the average scores information of each staff who attended the three-fundamental knowledge examination organized in each season of 2013 and 2014. Results： Compared the average scores of the hospital staff in 2013 with those of the 2014, the latter have been improved greatly and their differences have statistical meanings（P0.05）. Conclusion： The establishment of the academic exchange forum on the local area network not only has improved the staff enthusiasms of studying the professional specialties, but also has enhanced the effectiveness of the academic professional specialties teaching. An uplifting, interesting, competing studying atmosphere has been built in the hospital, moreover the cooperation and mutual assistance of each teaching and research office and each department have been strengthened and promoted.
