On Education Management of Overseas Students from the Perspective of Educational Internationalization

摘  要:高等教育国际化是目前世界各国高等教育发展的重要趋势,留学生教育则是高等教育国际化的重要内容,而我国的留学生教育管理在世界范围中还比较落后,存在诸多问题。文章从"趋同"与"存异"、"多元化"与"专业化"、汉语学习与专业学习、中国语言文学学科与国际汉语教育学科、地域因素与高校因素等方面出发,从微观角度探讨教育国际化背景下的留学生教育管理中的具体问题。"存异"是"趋同"的基础和保障,和留学生的语言水平密切相关;"专业化"是"多元化"的基础,应在"柔性"的人性关照下发挥多元主体的作用;汉语学习应被重视和强化;要发挥高校自身的特色树立品牌和口碑。The internationalization of higher education is an important trend of higher educational development in various countries.Education of overseas students is an important content.However,education management of overseas students in China is backward around the world and has many problems.This paper discusses specific problems in education management of overseas students under the background of educational internationalization from micro perspective in such aspects as"convergence"and"difference retaining","diversification"and "specialization",Chinese learning and professional learning,Chinese language and literature and international Chinese education,regional factors and factors of universities and colleges."Difference retaining"is the foundation and guarantee of"convergence"and is closely related to the language efficiency of overseas students."Specialization"is the foundation of"diversification".Attention should be paid to the role of multiple subjects under flexible humanistic care.Chinese learning shall be emphasized and strengthened.Brand and public praise shall be set up through characteristics of colleges and universities.
