上颌排牙法与综合排牙法对全口义齿咀嚼功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察上颌排牙法与综合排牙法对全口义齿咀嚼功能的影响。方法选择112例无牙颌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用上颌排牙法与综合排牙法佩戴全口义齿。观察两组方法患者对全口义齿满意度,咀嚼次数、咀嚼效果及语音清晰度的影响。结果观察组佩戴3个月后,患者对全口义齿咀嚼、稳固满意度显著高于对照组,观察组咀嚼次数、咀嚼效率显著高于对照组,观察组佩戴3个月后,语音清晰度显著高于对照组。结论综合排牙法较上颌排牙法对全口义齿咀嚼功能改善更显著,治疗后患者语音清晰度显著提高,患者对义齿满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the influence of the upper row teeth arrange method and comprehensive row teeth arrange method to mastieatory function of complete denture. Methods We chose 112 patients with no teeth and jaw as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, respectively by the methods of upper row of teeth and comprehensive row of teeth wear denture. Observation method in the two groups patients on satisfaction of complete denture, chew, chew effect and the influence of intelligibility. Results Observation group wore after 3 months, patients on denture masticatory, solid satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the group number of chew, chew efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, the observation group wear after 3 months, the intelligibility is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions Method of comprehensive row of teeth, the upper row of teeth denture masticatory function improved more significant, patients speech intelligibility significantly increased after treatment, patients on denture satisfaction is high, is worth popularization arid application in the clinical practice.
