摘　　要：村级动物防疫队伍是基层动物疫病防控工作的重要基本力量。在动物疫病防控新形势下,上海市松江区新浜镇积极探索实践村级动物防疫员的绩效考核机制,建立了一套科学有效的基层兽医队伍运行机制和管理考核办法,极大地促进了村级防疫员的工作积极性,保证村级兽医工作的高效开展。The village animal epidemic prevention staff is important basic force of the grassroots animal epidemic prevention work, Under the new animal disease prevention and control situation, Xinbang town of Songjiang District, Shanghai actively explored and practiced the performance appraisal mechanism for village animal epidemic prevention staff, promoting greatly the work enthusiasm for village veterinarians and ensuring efficient development of veterinary work at village level.
