摘　　要：随着人口老龄化问题的日益凸现,针对老年疾病的研究也愈发显得意义重大。阿尔茨海默症(AD)是一种以老年斑和神经元纤维缠结为主要病理特征的老年性痴呆病,已成为危害老年人健康的重大疾病之一。本综述致力于阿尔茨海默症早期评估手段的研究,分析了阿尔茨海默症的发病机制,并分别从基于神经心理量表的诊断方法、基于脑结构的成像诊断方法、基于脑功能的成像诊断方法以及脑电图诊断方法四个方面对阿尔茨海默症的早期诊断评估研究现状进行了综述。With the intensified aging problem, the study of age-related diseases is becoming more and more signifi- cant. Alzheimer＇s disease is a kind of dementia, with senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles as the main pathologi cal features, and has become one of the major diseases that endanger the health of the elderly. This review is concen- trated on the research of the early assessment of Alzheimer^s disease. The current situation of early diagnosis of the disease is analyzed, and a prospect of the future development of early assessment means of the disease is also made in the paper.
