阴道镜在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜在定期宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法选取2014年我区35~64岁已婚妇女进行免费宫颈癌筛查选出598例进行阴道镜检查。结果共发现宫颈上皮内瘤变43例（其中宫颈刮片阳性22例,其他21例）,乳头状瘤病毒HPV70例,慢性宫颈炎110例。结论阴道镜＋宫颈活检是宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中必要及有效的方法,特别对于宫颈刮片阴性,肉眼观察可疑异常的妇女应建议行阴道镜检查,以便早期发现癌前病变,提高筛查率。Objective To study the colposcope practical value in cervical cancer screening on a regular basis. Methods Select 2014 xuanwu borough during a free cervical cancer on married women 35-64 one full year of life, selected 598 patients with colposcope examination Found. Results Atotal of 43 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, （including the cervical smear positive 22 cases, the other 21 cases） HPV70 cases, 110 cases of chronic cervicitis. Conclusion Colposcope ＋ cervical biopsy is necessary in screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and effective method, especially for cervical smear negative, macroscopic observation suspicious abnormal women should suggest colposcope examination, so that early detection of precancerous lesions, increase the rate of screening.
