预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗前牙龈下根折的可行性及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：分析预制临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗前牙龈下根折的可行性及效果。方法选取2012年10月～2014年11月本院收治的前牙龈下根折患者23例（患牙27颗）作为研究对象，采用预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗，观察患牙治疗前后牙龈形态和牙根稳定性，借助于X线对牙周膜健康情况进行分析。结果经预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术的治疗，23例患者根折断面可安全到达龈缘平齐处，随访期间未复发。结论采用预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗前牙龈下根折，有利于龈下根折的前牙恢复到正常标准，疗效显著，可行性强。Objective Research and analysis of prefabricated temporary crown is deformity traction before the treatment of gingival root fracture and the effect of the feasibility.MethodChooses the October 2013 and 2015 3 in the hospital from June 23 cases of anterior gingival root fracture patients, 27 teeth, adopts preset temporary crown orthodontic traction treatment, watching the patients before and after the treatment of tooth shape of gingiva and root stability, to X-ray of periodontal health were analyzed with the help of. Result The preset temporary crown orthodontic traction treatment, 23 cases of root fracture can be arrived safely and gingival margin fl ush at. During follow-up without recurrence.Conclusion The preset temporary crown orthodontic traction is effective in the treatment of subgingival root fracture, has a beneficial effect on the subgingival root fracture of anterior teeth restored to normal standards, significant effect and strong feasibility.
