摘 要:目的了解某校医学检验专业本科学生生物安全知识的掌握情况,探讨对医学检验专业学生加强生物安全知识教育的可行性及必要性。方法采用自填式问卷对265名医学检验专业本科生进行调查,内容涉及生物安全相关知识和需求。结果医学检验专业学生生物安全知识得分(49.08±16.81)分,及格率为27.92%。学过生物安全相关课程的学生得分高于未学者,不同年级生物安全知识得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),四年级学生得分高于一、二、三年级,四年级学过生物安全与法规课程的学生生物安全知识得分高于未学该课程者。大多数学生认为生物安全知识对临床和科研工作有帮助,并希望获得更多生物安全知识。结论医学检验专业学生生物安全教育亟待加强。建议将生物安全与法规课程从选修改为必修,且早期开设,并改革教学以提高教学效果。Objective To understand the mastering situation of biosafety knowledge among the undergraduate students of the clinical laboratory medicine specialty in a university and to investigate the feasibility and necessity to intensify the biosafety knowledge education on them. Methods The self-administered questionnaire was adopted to perform the investigation on 265 undergraduate students of the clinical laboratory medicine specialty, including the biosafety related knowledge and need. Results The average score of biosafety knowledge in the respondents was(49.08±16.81 ) points and the passing rate was 27.92%. The average scores in the students who learned the biosafety course were higher than those in the students who did not learn this course. The biosafety knowledge scores had statistical difference among different grades of students,the differences were statisti- cally significant (P〈0.05). The scores in the grade 4 were higher than those in the grade 1,2 and 3, the scores in the 4 grade students with learning the biosafety and laws courses were higher than those in the students without learning these courses. Majority of un- dergraduate students thought that the biosafety knowledge was helpful to the clinical and scientific study works and hoped to get more biosafety knowledge. Conclusion The biosafety education in the students with the clinical laboratory medicine specialty should be urgently strengthened. It is suggested that the course of biosafety and laws should be changed from the elective course to the compulsory course and established early, moreover the teaching should be reformed for enhancing the teaching effect.
