摘 要:依据MOSFET功率开关管可工作于线性区,其寄生电容参数值会影响MOSFET开关特性的固有属性,提出一种基于MOSFET适用于航空航天母线开关的浪涌抑制电路。通过MOSFET外围稍加电阻电容器件等同于改变MOSFET的寄生电容,使其开关特性曲线改变。当母线开关接通时,由于电源输入端滤波电容的影响,将出现浪涌,此时使MOSFET开关管工作于线性区,通过MOSFET的恒流作用,达到为后端容性负载充电,从而起到抑制浪涌的作用。通过原理分析、电路仿真及实验验证,表明该电路能够作为母线开关同时有效起到浪涌抑制作用。MOSFET could be used in the linear working region. The switching performance was effected by the parasitic capacitance of the MOSFET. Based on the above feature, a surge suppression circuit was proposed for the power bus switching in the area of aircraft. By adding a few resistors and capacitors around the MOSFET, the parasitic capacitance and the switching characteristic were changed. When the power bus was switched on, a inrush current occur for the filtering capacitor in the input port. Since the MOSFET working in the linear region, the capacitor load in the output port was charging for the constant current function of MOSFET. Thus, the surging could be suppressed. The effectiveness of the proposed circuit was demonstrated by principle, circuit simulations and experimental results.
