摘 要:基于含多种微源及储能的热电联产微网系统,提出了考虑储能系统模糊充放电策略的微电网调度方案,建立了将综合发电成本和环境成本考虑在内的微网经济运行数学模型。针对实际微网模型,基于模糊粒子群算法对该微网并网经济运行问题进行了寻优计算。结果表明,提出的基于模糊粒子群算法的并网调度经济运行策略以及储能充放电模糊控制策略,可有效应用于微网并网时的经济运行特性研究,具有有效性。Based on the CHP microgrid system which contains multiple micro sources and energy storage system, the microgrid scheduling scheme when connected to the main grid were proposed, in this scheme, a fuzzy control strategy to optimize the energy storage charge and discharge were considered, and an economic operation model of a microgrid were established, in which integrated power cost and environmental cost were taken into account. To a real microgrid model, fuzzy particle swarm optimization(FPSO) algorithm was used to optimize the economic dispatching problem of microgrid which was connected with large-scale power grid. The results show that the scheduling scheme and the fuzzy control strategy to the energy storage system is effective, and can be effectively used in the microgrid for the economic operation characteristic research.
