紫杉醇与环磷酰胺治疗卵巢癌的疗效及毒性作用评价

摘　　要：目的：对比紫杉醇与环磷酰胺治疗卵巢癌的疗效，并评价紫杉醇的毒性作用。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的卵巢上皮癌患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，对照组采用环磷酰胺联合卡铂治疗，观察组采用紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗，对比两组患者的近期疗效、CA125水平改变以及药物毒性反应等情况。结果观察组完全缓解12例，部分缓解18例，总有效率为75.0%，对照组完全缓解8例，部分缓解12例，有效率为50.0%，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前后两组患者的CA125变化水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者的毒性反应症状基本相似，但观察组患者的肝功能降低、肾功能降低、脱发情况显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗卵巢上皮癌的疗效确切，相较于环磷酰胺联合卡铂方案具有近期疗效好，毒性作用小的优势，值得在临床上推广和应用。ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect of paclitaxel and cyclophosphamide in the treatment of ovarian cancer,and to evaluate the cytotoxicity of paclitaxel.MethodsThe study selected 80 cases of epithelial ova rian cancer patients with January 2013~January 2014 in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group were treated with cyclophosphamide and carboplatin in the treatment,observation group patients with paclitaxel plus carboplatin in treatment,compared two groups of patients with curative effect in the near future,the level of CA125 changes and drug toxicity etc. ResultsThe patients in the observation group were 12 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 18 cases,efficiency 75%,control group 8 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 12 cases,efficiency of 50%,the observation group was signifi cantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant （P〈0.05）;there was no signifi cant difference in CA125 levels before and after treatment in two groups （P〉0.05）;toxicity symptoms of the two groups were similar,but the observation group decreased,liver function in patients with decreased renal function,the hair was signifi cantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effi cacy of paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer is effective,compared with cyclophosphamide and carboplatin has good curative effect,toxic effect of small advantages,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
