摘  要:目的:研究马来酸桂哌齐特对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的神经保护作用。方法:成年雄性大鼠60只,给予线栓法大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)后,随机分为马来酸桂哌齐特处理组和生理盐水对照组,观察大鼠的体重变化和死亡情况;再灌注后2 h和7 d对动物进行神经功能评分;7 d时用TTC染色法比较两组脑梗死体积。结果:两组大鼠的体重(P>0.05)和总体死亡率(P>0.05)无显著差异,但马来酸桂哌齐特能明显降低MCAO 24 h内的死亡率(P<0.05);马来酸桂哌齐特能够显著改善MCAO损伤的神经功能评分,并可明显减少脑梗死体积百分比(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特对大鼠脑急性缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effect of cinepazide maleate against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Methods:Sixty adult male SD rats were subjected to transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by ligation with fine string, and then randomly divided into cinepazide maleate treatment group and saline control group. Body mass and death rate were recorded. Neurological behavior scores were assessed at 2 h and 7 d of post-reperfusion, and infarct volumes were ex- amined by TTC stain at 7 d after reperfusion. Results: No significant differences in body mass (P 〉 0. 05) and overall death rates (P 〉 0.05) were observed between the two groups, but cinepazide maleate could decrease the death rate within 24 h after reperfusion (P 〈 0.05), compared with the control. Moreover, cinepazide maleate could significantly improve the neurological behavior scores and reduce the percentage of infarct volume after reperfusion, as compared to the control (P 〈0.05 ). Condu- sion:Cinepazide maleate has potential neuroprotective effect against acute cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
