摘  要:以某石化公司挤压机EX801轴承故障分析为例,通过定量铁谱分析技术,对在用润滑油中磨粒浓度定量分析发现,润滑油磨损严重度指数异常;同时,通过定性铁谱分析,分别在常温、加热到330℃两种不同温度下,观测油中磨粒尺寸、形貌、颜色和浓度等性态,发现润滑油中存在粒径较大的切削磨粒、严重滑动磨粒,以及少量的铜合金磨粒。通过分析,确定了该机组的轴承存在严重滑动磨损与粘着磨损,磨损部位为轴承滚动体及保持架,并提出了相应的建议及措施。Taking the failure analysis of the extruder EX801 bearing in a petrochemical company as an example,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the abrasive particle concentration in in-use lubricating oil and discovers that the wear severity index of the lubricating oil is abnormal;meanwhile,through qualitative ferrographic analysis,the paper also observes and tests the size,morphology,color and the concentration of the particles in the lubricating oil under the room temperature and temperature heated to 330℃and it identifies that there are cutting particles with bigger diameter,serious sliding particles and a small amount of copper alloy particles in the lubricating oil.Through the analysis,it is determined that severe sliding wear and adhesive wear exist in the bearing of the unit;the abrasive parts are the bearing roller and the cage in the unit bearing.Then the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
