摘  要:高等教育大众化以来,我国出现了普通本科院校人才饱和与市场高技能人才稀缺的结构性失调困境。要走出困境,单纯依靠高职高专升格为应用技术本科存在本科与专科倒挂、生师比进一步拉大的弊端。本文从普通本科院校转型为应用技术本科院校入手,分析其合理性以及面临的问题,提出要实现顺利转型,需要实施多种策略:一是要加强引导,营造重视技术的社会氛围;二是要突出实践,精心筛选合适院校;三是颁布政策,切实保障兼职教师的利益;四是要洞悉市场,准确把握人才需求格局。Since the popularization of higher education, China has encountered a structural imbalance dilemma -the saturation of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities talents and scarcity of market high skill talents. To relieve the predicament, relying solely on higher vocational colleges upgraded into technical colleges may cause drawbacks such as undergraduate and graduate upside down and the bigger ratio of the students to teachers. This article proposes that the ordinary undergraduate colleges can be transformed into technical colleges. After an analysis of its rationality and problems, it is proposed that a variety of strategies need to be implemented to realize the transformation successfully. First, strengthen the guidance and pay attention to creating a social atmosphere of technology. Second, highlight the practical, careful selection of appropriate institutions. Third, promulgate the policy and effectively protect the interests of part-time teachers. Fourth, have insight into the market and accurately grasp the pattern of demand for talents.
